Technical Support Engineer (L1/L2/L3)

As a Technical Support Engineer at Zeroip Solutions, you will provide technical support and maintenance for websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. Depending on your level (L1, L2, L3), your responsibilities will range from basic troubleshooting to complex issue resolution and infrastructure support.

Tasks:

  • L1: Handle basic troubleshooting, respond to user queries, and assist with website navigation issues.
  • L2: Manage content updates, fix bugs, optimize website speed, and coordinate with developers for fixes.
  • L3: Work on server configurations, security patches, database optimizations, and performance enhancements.
  • Perform website monitoring and proactive issue resolution.
  • Ensure security compliance, backup management, and software updates.
  • Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
  • Knowledge of hosting environments, DNS, CDN, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools, logs, and security protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
