Troubleshooting Engineer (P0/P1/P2/P3)
As a Troubleshooting Engineer at Zeroip Solutions, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues in applications, infrastructure, and services based on priority levels (P0–P3).
Tasks:
- P0 (Critical): Immediate resolution of outages, major system failures, and security threats.
- P1 (High): Addressing urgent performance degradation and software crashes.
- P2 (Medium): Bug fixes, performance optimizations, and minor system issues.
- P3 (Low): Minor enhancements, UI fixes, and user-reported issues.
- Monitor system logs, analyze incidents, and escalate when necessary.
- Work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams for resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong debugging skills in application logs, system performance, and databases.
- Experience in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Strong communication and incident-handling skills.
